What are the shipping options and costs within the US? We offer the following shipping methods for all orders in the United States:

What is a coffee phin? A coffee phin is a traditional Vietnamese drip filter used to brew strong, aromatic coffee drop by drop. It is the classic tool for making authentic Vietnamese iced coffee (cà phê sữa đá) and hot coffee.
Are your phin filters made of stainless steel? Yes. Most of our phin filters are made from high-quality food-grade stainless steel, while some models use heat-resistant glass for beautiful presentation.
How do I use a phin filter? Simply add ground coffee, place the filter on top of your cup or glass, pour hot water, and let it drip slowly. It usually takes 3-5 minutes for a perfect cup.
Are the phin sets suitable for beginners? Yes. Our phin tools are very easy to use and come with clear instructions. They are perfect for both new users and coffee lovers who want an authentic experience.
How do I clean the phin filter? Our phin filters are easy to clean with warm water and mild soap. Stainless steel models are dishwasher safe in most cases. Please check the product description for specific cleaning instructions.
Orders & Returns
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your phin filter or coffee tool, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (original condition required). Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective.
How do I return or exchange an item? Contact our support team with your order number. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if eligible.
Do you offer warranty? Yes. Every phin filter and coffee tool comes with at least a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Check the product page for details.
